3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
Community donation privacy notice
When you make a community donation, we use your email address privately to confirm the payment, send a thank-you message, and—only when you choose it—send campaign invitations. Your optional message, confirmed net amount, and pledge date appear on the campaign page after payment succeeds. Your public name and photo appear only for non-anonymous pledges, which also require accepting the public-display disclosure; anonymous pledges withhold your name and photo.
Fibery stores the campaign, pledge, and delivery records. LiqPay processes the payment, and Mailjet processes thank-you and invitation email delivery. Access to private donor data is limited to the named Foundation administrators and the service accounts that need it for these purposes.
Unsuccessful pledge details are removed after 30 days once LiqPay confirms that no active payment remains. Invitation-recipient addresses are removed after 30 days, and secure result and invitation capabilities expire within 48 hours. Paid and refunded financial records are retained for the period required by the Foundation's approved financial-retention policy.
