How this fundraising works
- Foundation mission
- The Lifeline Ukraine Foundation builds durable funding for Ukraine's suicide-prevention and mental-health crisis hotline so more calls can be answered.
- Fundraising period
- This campaign is open from publication until the Foundation announces its close. Reaching the target does not close donations; additional support can still be accepted.
- Use of funds
- Donations support this community project and the Foundation's mission. If funds remain unused or the project cannot be implemented as described, the Foundation may redirect them to a similar project or its crisis-support work.
- Donation terms
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or payment reversal rules. You must accept the publication and donation terms before continuing to checkout.

Your email is required for payment updates and a thank-you message. It is never shown on the pledge wall.
Fibery stores the private email and Mailjet processes email delivery. Access is limited to the authorized Foundation team and service accounts. If a payment does not go through, we keep your name and email so the Foundation can contact you, until you ask us to delete them; invitation recipients are removed after 30 days, and paid records follow the Foundation's required retention policy.
